Waffle House is one of the most favorite chain restaurants of USA. I love Waffle House.It serves delicious food. Its open 24/7. Whats not to love.

But many people may not know that they also serve a delicious dish called Egg fiesta which is not in their menu card.

 Egg fiesta or Fiesta omelet is a delicious fluffy omelet made with two eggs in Toddle house style. The eggs are blended a lot so that lots of air can go in. Then onions, jalapenos, mushrooms, ham, tomatoes and cheese are added to the omelet. It is served with two slices of raisin bread toasted and buttered and hash browns. It is a very heavy meal.
